    IBTM China announces the first details of its 2019 event BEIJING, Jan. 8, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- IBTM China, part of IBTM's global portfolio of meetings, events and industry trade shows, a well established event in China, has announced details of its 2019 edition. The event will take place at China National Convention Centre (CNCC) in Beijing on 28 and 29 August.IBTM China 2018

    It is anticipated that over 380 international and domestic exhibitors will meet with over 400 hosted buyers for two days of pre-arranged business meetings. Over 3,500 visitors are also expected to attend. Twenty percent of the new hosted buyers are from 2^nd and 3^rd tier cities in China as well as the APAC region. Hosted buyers from Alibaba, Tesla, MasterCard and another 50 well-known corporations have confirmed to attend IBTM China 2019.

    This year will see the introduction of a new Experience Zone where visitors will be able to interact with select exhibitors in immersive themed environments on the show floor. Additionally, in response to customer demand for more opportunities to learn and be inspired by outside speakers, eight new speaker slots have been added to the programme which will cover four key themes, details of which to be announced early in the year.

    Audi plans to switch on HERE Real-Time Traffic for its drivers. They will be the first to benefit from innovative features such as lane-level traffic conditions on arterial roads - especially useful when journeys include busy left turns and highway exit ramps

    Las Vegas, CES 2019 - HERE Technologies today announced that it has been selected by Audi as its traffic data provider for all new models sold across North America and Europe, starting in the first half of 2019.

    The multi-year agreement for the HERE Real-Time Traffic service will see HERE provide Audi with traffic data in these two regions for the first time, giving drivers up-to-the-minute information about road conditions and incidents. The agreement also extends to Volkswagen Group sister brands Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini and Porsche.

In 2018, Murata invested $660 million for expanding production of MLCC for medical and automotive use and mass-production is anticipated in 2019.

    Samsung Electro-Mechanics has sprung up and has been in the second place worldwide since it outperformed Japan-based TDK in 2009. Impacted by the explosion of Samsung NOTE7, Samsung Electro-Mechanics has tightened control on the quality of products and cut shipments over the recent years, while it planned to invest the additional 10 billion units/month MLCC for cars and 5G products.

    TDK canceled product orders involving 700 million MLCCs in 360 models in 2017, and has transferred to focus on medium- and high-end products.

    Chinese MLCC vendors has been developing apace over the recent years but are still engaged in supply for consumer electronics. Few companies like Fenghua Advanced Technology have rolled out the products in line with AEC-Q200 criterion. Due to weak strength, Chinese players are still hard to pose a threat to the MLCC giants from Japan, South Korea and Taiwan (China).
