Mystery shoppers being recruited in Lincolnshire for secret team This is Lincolnshire --

One of the world's leading customer intelligence companies is recruiting mystery shoppers in Lincolnshire.

Market Force Information (Europe) Ltd wants people of all ages – but particularly students – to join their secret team.

With a confidential portfolio of clients ranging from pub chains to fashion retailers, Market Force has its UK base in Milton Keynes.

They also have offices in France, Spain and the United States.

Global marketing manager Simon Boydell revealed there are unlimited opportunities for part-time employment within the organisation.

"In Lincoln we're very much aware of the student population," he said.

"We're looking for 18 and 19 year olds to carry out age verification assignments.

"They involve going into licensed premises to check if young customers are being asked for their ID.

"But we're not just looking for students in Lincoln.

"The assignments range from £5 to £50, with contributions towards the cost of a meal if you're checking out a restaurant or even getting to keep items you've purchased.

"We're talking about anything from pubs and bars to hotels, crossing every sector of retail and services.

"Obviously, we can't say which businesses we're working for in specific localities because that's how the mystery shopper concept works.

"But we work with some of the biggest brands and retailers in the world."

The company has previously made public its links with some groups – including Punch Taverns, Bonmarche, Fusion Lifestyle and Compass Group.

The Market Force website home page says: "Every day we are making judgments on the service we receive.

"Many retailers don't always get first-hand accounts of how their service is delivered.

"So if you fancy earning yourself a little extra cash and have a bit of spare time to play with, mystery shopping could be the answer for you.

"Our clients are looking to understand more about the service and experience their customers receive.

"They then use this information as part of their training and development programmes.

"Mystery shopping is fun, rewarding, not too time consuming and the assignments are varied and interesting.

"While you can't make a living from mystery shopping, you can get paid for doing the things you probably already enjoy doing.

"And ultimately you will help to improve customer service experiences for everyone."
