This is Somerset -- The Liberal Democrats have moved towards setting up a formal campaign to keep Britain in the EU after Nick Clegg asked former Scottish secretary Michael Moore to speak to business leaders worried about the impact of leaving Europe on the economy. Mr Moore is to become the Deputy Prime Minister's new adviser on European business – charged with speaking to business leaders who are concerned they may have to move their operations elsewhere in Europe if Britain leaves the EU. The MP – who was sacked as Scottish secretary in the last reshuffle – will report back to Mr Clegg before next summer's recess. He will not be paid for the job.
