LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Edinburgh is Europe's second most expensive summer destination, based on its cost of lodging. That’s according to a new survey from Cheaprooms.co.uk. The survey compared hotel rates for all important European destinations during the month of August, the continent’s main summer vacation month. In Edinburgh, travelers had to pay an average of 157 Euros per night, and that was for the most affordable double room. It bears adding that only such hotels rated 3 stars or higher
