The Glovers beat Coventry City 1-0 at the Ricoh Arena on Saturday to move within five points of the automatic promotion spots. However, results elsewhere meant Yeovil's sixth win on the bounce still kept them outside of the top six on goal difference as one of three teams on 51 points. Johnson said: "It'll be Europe next. I don't think we are in the play-offs but we have certainly put ourselves in a with a great shout when we do play this game in hand (against Preston North End on Tuesday). "It's nice that the lads are seeing that their work is dragging back the rest of the field and I did say we had to be ready when there were blips with other teams. If you think teams at the top are going to stay there, that's wrong. "We have planned it all out and if we go to that plan we will get closer to those teams at the top but we have got to get into the play-offs first." Keeper Marek Stech played another vital role in Yeovil's latest win despite his heavily-pregnant partner still waiting to give birth. "Everything he did was quality," said Johnson."He made sure he got behind everything and it's no fluke when the ball comes to him because his positional sense is very good and he is a good leader back there. "I have got every faith in (back up and keeper coach) Gareth Stewart to be honest but we would like to keep the same team. With any luck the little one will hold on a little longer. "Marek's partner has a date on Wednesday, if the baby's not there yet they will bring it n and hopefully by then she - as they're having a girl - can look at the paper and see us with three more points."
